I was born in Tromso in northern Norway April 1982. When I was 19 I moved to Stockholm for studies at the Royal Institute of Technology. After finishing my Master of Science in Information Technology I started working at one of the worlds biggest IT companies. In my current role I work with acquisitions integration. I live in central Stockholm together with the love of my life, Johan Gustafsson.

As a little girl I did some gymnastics and when I was around 10 I joined a soccer team. Since I was afraid of the ball (!) I figured out it was better to do someting else. I started dancing Ballet, both classical and jazz and I loved it. At the age of 16 I found my way to the gym instead. I did mostly aerobics and group training for several years and the focus on strength training came 2002 when I discovered that it was possible to form the body by lifting heavier weights. 2005 I wanted a more solid goal with my strength training and decided to do my first Bodyfitness competition at Fitnessfestivalen 2006.
